I know it’s been a while since my last post, but spring and summer are busy around here. We even took some time and got our garden planted!!
First of all, I want to thank any and all of you who made it to the Franklin Show in May. It was a good show, and we look forward to returning and seeing even more of you in July. The Franklin Show has quickly become a favorite of ours. You just can’t beat the scenery of NC, and the people in Franklin are always so accommodating.
Secondly, Jeff and I made a flying trip to NY. And when I say flying, I don’t mean by airplane, I mean we drove from Arkansas to New York (and back) in 6 days. We left Arkansas on a Saturday morning, arrived in New York on Sunday evening; spent Monday and Tuesday saying our final goodbyes to a longtime friend. Then left out Wednesday morning and arrived back home Thursday evening. Endings are sad, and many times they are not at all what you thought they would be.
Finally, we’re working on getting caught up on some orders. Jeff is busy at the mine and I’m busy at the shop. As soon as we get these orders caught up, I’m certain that we will be on the road again either delivering some orders or picking up some new inventory, or both!
